The tourist information point is open from 15 February to 16 November 2025.
- In February and March: 2pm to 6pm. Closed on Mondays.
- April, May and June: 10am to 1pm and 2.30pm to 6.30pm. Closed on Mondays, except on 21 April for Easter (exceptionally open from 10am to 1pm and from 2.30pm to 6.30pm).
- July and August: 10am to 7pm every day.
- September and October: 10am to 1pm and 2.30pm to 6.30pm. Closed on Mondays.
- November: 2pm to 6pm. Closed on Mondays.
At the Tourist Office, hydro-alcoholic gel is available, wearing a mask is compulsory, a direction of circulation has been set up Visitors (the number being limited to 5) are asked not to touch anything as the Tourist Office team is available to advise them.
