Let yourself be enchanted by the autumn colours that grace our forests and vineyards.
To discover the region, the vineyards of Coteaux du Giennois, Pouilly-sur-Loire or Sancerre, or to cycle along the Loire, you can hire electrically-assisted bicycles from the Bourgogne Coeur de Loire Tourist Office.
Departing from the Tourist Office at the Palais de Loire, you can choose from a number of different routes, including a 42km one (easy on an electric bike) to Pouilly-sur-Loire. Along the way, you can cycle alongside the Loire and climb the famous hill of the village of Les Loges without difficulty. And if you fancy taking a break, you can do some shopping at the La Tour du Pouilly-Fumé boutique or admire the view over the vineyards from the Saint-Andelain belvedere. You can even recharge your bike at the charging points at the foot of the belvedere (bring your bike charger with you).
There are adult mountain bikes and VTCs of various sizes, and a children's mountain bike (from age 10), as well as helmets, panniers, baby carriers and a children's trailer.
Prices per bike: €20 for half a day, €35 for a full day.

The Tourist Office is open :
- From 17 February to 31 March: open Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5.30pm. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
- From 1st April to 30th June: open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5.30pm. Closed on Sundays.
- 1 July to 31 August: open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 6.30pm. Closed on Sundays.
- From 1st September to 31st October: open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5.30pm. Closed on Sundays.
The Tourist Office is present at the Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire market every Sunday morning from 1 June to 31 August, as well as on 21 September for the European Heritage Days.
