The brewery was born from my passion for craft beer, my attachment to the region and above all my desire to create a quality product with local raw materials. The final objective is to malt barley from the family farm and to use local hops.
As a farmer's wife, I was introduced to the alchemy of ingredients during my studies, and I wanted to create gourmet beers. Each beer is made with a different type of yeast, a specific blend of malts and targeted hops.
Thus each beer has identifiable taste characteristics. As I am attached to our region, I wanted to highlight it through the names of the beers and the visuals specific to each one.
The little extra: hops planted next to the brewery, malt from Issoudun and soon barley from the farm.
