Located in Les Loges, in the commune of Pouilly-sur-Loire, the Domaine des Fines Caillottes welcomes you for a wine tasting from Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm, and at weekends by appointment.
As a general rule, it's always best to call ahead to make sure the winemaker can accommodate you!
Please note: the estate is closed from Christmas to New Year, on public holidays and during the week of 15 August.
The estate covers 42 hectares, producing 3 of the Centre-Loire appellations: Pouilly Fumé, Pouilly-sur-Loire and Sancerre. The plots have a variety of terroirs, giving the wines complex aromas.
Their philosophy? To produce grapes in the most natural way possible with the best possible ripeness.
