During your stay, you're bound to pass through Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire. As the centre of the town, you'll find a shopping centre, restaurants, accommodation, the department's biggest market, a fascinating museum and even the walls of a vanished castle.

With its art deco facade and Briare enamel sign, it's impossible to miss. It's a must-see photo stop on the old N7. You can take advantage of its two cinemas, one of which has a balcony, to see the greatest films.

Around the Place de la Pêchecherie and along the quays, you can admire the Loire and the bargemen's houses.

Meet in front of the town hall and on boulevard de la République. It's the ideal place to stock up on good local produce: Crottins de Chavignol, vegetables from the Loire Valley, as well as more exotic products such as Creole, Vietnamese and Belgian dishes.
To park in the town centre, you'll need a blue disc. The best idea is to go a few metres further and park in the Place de la Pêchecherie (near the bridge and the Tourist Office), where you can park free of charge for an unlimited time. Don't hesitate to come and see us before heading into the town centre.
