‘To discover it, you have to come to the Donzy oil mill in the morning. That's when the nuts are ground. The aroma is magnificent! That's what inspired us to create hazelnut and walnut oil soaps. You can find them in the oil mill shop and in the Tourist Offices.’
‘Canoe the Loire between Pouilly-sur-Loire and Saint-Satur. Take a trip along its minor branches, where the Loire reveals its wild character. A change of scenery is guaranteed. For the more motivated, you can even cycle back!

‘We're going to see a film at the Eden cinema. I really like the way it shines in the sun. Then we'll have some goat's cheese (very creamy, my favourite) at the Port Aubry farm and we'll all have a picnic together on the banks of the Loire’."
‘I love flint, I have it in all colours: red, grey, white. My favourite place to find them is on the mound at St Andelain. And when I visited the Tour du Pouilly Fumé, I was able to show the other visitors how to make fire’.
