It is impossible not to enter this mill, where walnuts and hazelnuts have been pressed for generations to make oil! The golden colour of these oils reminds us of the leaves in autumn.
We are the third generation to run the oil mill. Our oil is made with hazelnuts and walnuts from the region that we buy locally. Waste nuts and hazelnuts are fed back to the animals. Come and discover the oil-making process for free during our opening hours. Gîte at the mill available on site.
